This equipment is independently designed and developed in-house, representing an advanced multifunctional automatic pressure testing system that integrates cutting-edge mechanical, electrical and hydraulic technologies.


Equipped with premium imported oil pumps, the unit delivers swift response speed and exceptional control precision. User-adjustable loading rates, combined with high-performance load sensors, collectively guarantee the authenticity, precision and dependability of all test results.


The adoption of imported low-noise high-pressure hydraulic pumps effectively creates a quiet and ergonomic working environment. The hydraulic circuit is configured with an extra-large capacity oil tank, enabling sustained, uninterrupted long-term operation.


This series of testing machines is primarily intended for compressive strength testing of cement, concrete and rock specimens. With dedicated fixtures and precision measuring attachments, the system can execute concrete splitting tensile tests, flexural tests and static elastic modulus tests. It is also competent for metal compression and upset forging tests.


Furthermore, multiple additional displacement or deformation measurement channels can be integrated and customized in line with specific user demands.


Hydraulic pressure system:

Hydraulic oil contained within the reservoir is propelled into the hydraulic circuit by the high-pressure pump driven via the electric motor, passing sequentially through the check valve, high-pressure oil filter, differential pressure valve assembly and servo valve before entering the hydraulic cylinder.


The industrial computer transmits corresponding control commands to the servo valve, governing both the opening degree and flow direction of the valve assembly. This precise regulation modulates the oil flow rate delivered to the cylinder, thereby achieving closed-loop control over the test force at a steady, predefined velocity.


Dynamometric system:

This system incorporates high-precision signal amplifiers and analog-to-digital converters, supporting ungraded full-process data collection, with real-time visualization of load value, peak load, loading rate and material strength.


It implements a PID closed-loop control scheme to achieve steady-rate loading, while rendering the complete loading curve synchronously throughout the test procedure.


The equipment supports automatic interval timing functionality and uninterrupted continuous testing operations.


Test result inquiry, data sorting and report output via printing can be accomplished in a flexible and straightforward manner.
